Mga paraan sa pag linis ng maaring pamugaran ng mga lamok na nagiging san ng Dengue.

- Butasan, Biyakin o kaya ay lagyan ng lupa ang mga lumang gulong na pinamumuguran ng mga lamok.

- Takpan ang maga drum, timba at iba pang ipunan ng tubig upang hindi pamahayan ng kiti-kiti at linisin ito minsan sa isang linggo.

- Palitan ang tubig ng plorera o flower vase minsan sa isang linggo.

- Linisin at alisin ang tubig sa paminggalan.

- Itapon ang iba pang bagay na maaring-ipunan ng tubig at pangitlugan ng lamok tulad ng bote at tansa.

- Linisin ang alulod ng bahay upang hindi maipunan ng tubig at pamahayan ng kiti-kiti.

- Kailangan magpatingin sa health center kung may sinat na ng 2 araw.

May 20, 2012 10:30 am of Sunday a big fire hits Aslum Sagkahan Tacloban City. There are 219 houses have lost from the said disaster Brgy. 58 and 60 affected.

Tacloban City has the resolution declared a State of Calamity for the residencies areas of two barangays that has been burn out by huge fire. Fire Trucks help each other to stop the fire. According to some rumors the fire started from the one who cook that not well maintained, because of playing tongits.

Tacloban City Family Park

One of the nice place in Tacloban City is The Family Park. This is good for friends / family outing, dating and even doing for exercise in the morning. A park located Magsaysay Avenue near Botanical Garden and UP Tacloban faces Cancabato Bay. No entrance fee needed be sure to have just a pocket money for snacks.


See the beauty of this place most especially in the morning to see the sunrise or in the west for the sunset waiting until the evening comes. After Family Park then next the best is to go Balyuan Amphitheater near Family Park to eat the barbecue. Barbecue vendors are friendly they speak politely to their customers.
