From the old days people fascinating about time travel, they asked themselves if a man could possible go from one point of time to another point of time past/future.

The pilgrimage of schoenstatt located lawaan, talisay city cebu. This is my first time i go with my sister and her friends they are employee of VMV. There, I saw people offers prayer for the Holy Week, others had their procession of the cross. After prayer of my sister’s friend, its time for the picture taking.

This is my memorable day of the Holy Week April 22, 2011 from Lawa-an Cebu.

Each of us needs to drink water every day, now lets look some benefits in drinking water. For me I did this as my daily habit, i drink water 8 glasses of water a day. Start this habit were not easy, first it needs adjustment, until such time that you can have it of your daily routine.

Nutrients from food that you eat absorb by water. It carries oxygen and nutrients to your body.
